With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, we are looking for a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our passionate and professional team.
The Role :
Reporting to the Director and the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing contractual and financial aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure that all project requirements are met efficiently and cost-effectively.
Key Responsibilities : Preparation and administration of subcontractor and supplier agreementsReview and negotiation of contract terms and conditionsBudget tracking, cost forecasting, and financial reportingManaging variations, progress claims, and paymentsLiaising with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure contractual complianceSupporting project delivery to meet time, quality, and cost objectives.About You : Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field2–5 years of experience in a similar Contracts Administrator role (construction experience essential)Strong knowledge of construction contracts (AS 4000, AS 2124, etc.)Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficient in project management and financial software (e.g., BuilderTrend, Tradify or similar).Unlock job insightsSalary matchNumber of applicantsSkills matchYour application will include the following questions :
