Personal Care Worker - Chatswood Nsw

The successful candidates will have a strong background in Community Aged and / or Disability Care and will thrive on working in a close-knit team and have a passion for delivering the highest quality in client care .

Minimum Requirements Certificate III in Aged Care, Community Care or Disability Services (mandatory) At least one year's relevant experience Professionalism, a good reputation & respect for our staff, clients and their families Well presented, reliable and resilient Good judgment, quick decision-making and excellent communication skills Current National Police Clearance Current First Aid and CPR qualifications, or willing to obtain Driver's licence and your own car Local knowledge and a strong network in the Lower North Shore area would be highly desirable Understanding of the Government funding environment for aged care & NDIS and hospital discharge environment would be desirable On offer will be excellent remuneration, a pleasant working environment and various other benefits.
