Our client is a dominant residential real estate agency based on Sydney's Northern Beaches. They boast one of the largest rent rolls in the area and hold a reputation for success that is unsurpassed by their competitors. This team runs a tight ship and operates with world-class systems and processes that allow them to outsource routine property management tasks to make their staff's jobs easier.

An opportunity has now become available for an experienced Property Manager to take charge of their own premium portfolio with support from a dedicated Leasing Consultant who manages all leasing and half of routines for the portfolio - leaving you more time to do your job properly!

Oversee a dedicated Leasing Consultant - NO leasing, ingoings and mínimal routines

Hands-on Director who is supportive and provides guidance across the business

Innovative technologies and outsourcing that makes your job easier!

Monday to Friday role only

Annual team day trips, EOFY celebrations and End-of-Quarter team outings

The Position

In the role of Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include :

Manage a medium sized portfolio of premium properties

Coordinate all repairs and maintenance

Conduct outgoing inspections and routine inspections as required

Maintain and minimise rental arrears

Resolve escalated issues between tenants and landlords

Develop new and existing landlord relationships

Oversee and delegate to a dedicated Leasing Consultant

The Person

Previous property management experience essential

Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

Knowledge of PropertyTree is highly regarded

Exemplary written and verbal communication skills

A natural relationship builder who values high touch customer service

Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Immaculate personal presentation is a must

Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
