      Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for mentoring and engaging the Job Coaches to drive positive outcomes, Account Management and Business Development activity.

    • About You

    • Experience as a Team Leader within Disability Employment Services is a minimum requirement
    • Strong ability in creating and developing caseloads
    • Understanding PPS and claims
    • Experience in managing diverse teams
    • Established relationships with employers, training and community organisations
    • Proactive, resilient, self-motivated and an ability to influence
    • Flexibility to meet and manage challenges based on Program outcome milestones
    • Valid driver's license
    • Please note : Mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations may be required for this position, in accordance with relevant Public Health Orders across all States and Territories. In these circumstances, evidence of vaccination will be required prior to an offer of employment.
