  • THE OPPORTUNITY
  • Stratco's
  • Canning Vale manufacturing and roll form facility is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic metal processing operators to join their operations team. The role of the Production Team Member also known as a Sheetmetal Operator, is to manufacture and assemble products for our trade and retail customer base.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manufacturing and assembling of goods to the customers' requirements
  • Operating metal folding, roll form and pressing machines
  • Interpret product drawings
  • General housekeeping activities
  • Contribute in tool box and team meetings
  • Participate in relevant training in the use of specific items of plant and equipment
  • Adherence to

  • ABOUT YOU
  • Experience in setting up and operating manufacturing machinery
  • Experience using sheetmetal manufacturing equipment, particularly roll form machines and metal bending machinery (folders, press & breaks) would be preferred, but not essential
  • Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers' needs
  • Good communicator, both written and verbal
  • Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
  • Able to work at pace within a team or at times individually
