Role Opportunity

This role reports to the Document Management Lead and provides document control support including receiving, processing, distributing, and maintaining project records. It involves assembling information, resolving queries, and ensuring accurate, timely documentation to support project activities.

    • Essential Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in project document control
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Understanding of industry standards and document control best practices
  • Proficient in records tracking, retention, and archival systems
  • Familiar with quality assurance processes, including revision control and formatting
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

    • Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective document control processes.
  • Provide regular reporting on document management performance.
  • Maintain and improve document workflows in line with quality standards.
  • Engage regularly with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage document formatting and storage in accordance with project requirements.
  • Utilise EDMS to register, track, and distribute documentation.
  • Prepare reports and routine documents using standard office software.
  • Assist with documentation for project close-out and archival planning.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to resolve daily document-related queries and issues.
