Bill Cutler Optometrist - Serving Kew East for 38 years

We're looking for a personable Retail Optical Assistant who can provide exceptional customer experiences while helping clients find their perfect eyewear. Our independent practice values genuine connections and quality service above all.

About You :

You have a natural ability to connect with people and understand their needs
Your retail experience has taught you the value of authentic customer service
You have an eye for style and enjoy providing fashion advice
You're skilled at managing multiple tasks efficiently
You take initiative and enjoy starting conversations with new people

What We Offer :

Position includes up to 4 weekdays plus Saturdays

Your Responsibilities :

Assisting customers in selecting frames that complement their style and needs

Creating a welcoming atmosphere in our practice

Managing administrative tasks including appointment scheduling when needed

Flexibility Options :

No optical experience necessary - we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn

We're open to dividing the role between two candidates

Saturday rotations possible for the right candidates
