We're currently on the lookout for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-performing Service Team in South Nowra.

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our valued customers and our skilled workshop team. Your responsibilities will include :

Welcoming customers and checking in vehicles

Preparing accurate repair orders and time / cost estimates

Coordinating loan vehicle arrangements

Liaising with technicians to track service progress

Keeping customers informed from drop-off to collection

Ensuring every customer leaves satisfied

Hours : Monday to Friday 7 : 30am till 5pm

What You Bring to the Team

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive service costing

Familiarity with TUNE or other dealership management systems

Excellent verbal and written communication

High attention to detail and a strong process focus

Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Valid NSW driver's licence

A positive, team-first attitude with a passion for the industry
