We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Relationship Manager to join our growing team with a focus on business development to build strong partnerships that supports growth and the delivery of high-quality care and support services.Take your next step with HenderCareAbout the RoleAs the Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, retirement villages, allied health providers, and community stakeholders.

You will represent the organisation in key forums and networks and work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.Key responsibilities include : Develop and nurture strong relationships with external partners, including hospitals, GPs, allied health professionals, and community organisationsIdentify new business opportunities and contribute to growth strategiesPromote our services to potential referrers and stakeholders through regular engagement, presentations, and eventsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between service offerings and client needsMaintain accurate records of engagement activities and outcomesMonitor market trends and provide feedback to inform strategic planningAbout YouThis role is ideal for someone who is a natural communicator, relationship builder, and has a passion for connecting people with services that matter.

You will need to be a confident communicator with a strong background in business development and stakeholder engagement, ideally within health, aged care, disability, or community services.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are results-driven, and passionate about delivering impact through connection and collaboration.To be successful, you will have : Tertiary qualification in business related field or a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in health, aged care, or community servicesExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to develop rapport and build trust with a wide range of stakeholdersA strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive growthStrong organisational and time management skillsCurrent driver's licence and willingness to travel as neededOnly applicants with the right to work in Australia will be considered.
