Are you the right person to hold the fort in our Brisbane office located at Eight Mile Plains, making our customers and team feel welcome and supported?

You'll work alongside our awesome national Reception team, across Sydney and Melbourne. Ideally you'll bring some experience 'wow-ing' customers and giving real care to your work in administration.

Some of our best and brightest talent started at reception, now they're scattered across our business including sales, customer success, technology, finance, marketing and people & culture.   • What you will do
  • On a regular day, you'll be a jack of all trades, welcoming visitors, answering calls, arranging catering and doing a bit of admin
  • Because we manage customer data, security matters! You'll work with our tech team to keep our site secure
  • We love to bring our people together, and we'll rely on your creative flair to bring events to life for our people
  • You'll also get involved with projects that focus on employee experience
  • You'll support the People and Culture team in keeping the place ticking, with things like making our new joiner experience great, supporting our Learning team, some general administration
  • About you
  • Quite simply, you care about people!
  • You might have worked in a front of house role, or customer facing role
  • You can tap into your creative side and adapt to each day
  • You get on with everyone and love working as part of a team
  • Have good understanding of Microsoft Office
