ABOUT THE ROLEMonitor, review, update the Worker's Compensation and Injury Management Register.Maintain Worker's Compensation and Injury Management folder structure.Coordinate injury management.Prepare worker's compensation and insurer documentation for review.Liaise with the accounts team concerning an individual's payroll data.Coordinate return to work.Drive client health initiatives.Develop and implement Warrikal preventative health initiatives.Manage outstanding PEM compliance.Approving pre-employment medicals.Ensure compliance of pre-employment medicals in Warrikal electronic database.Monitor WorkCover audiometric compliance.Manage non-work related injuries and FFW process.Manage medical related costsDeliver weekly monthly and quarterly (or as required) reports relating to Health and Wellbeing matters.Support the Warrikal HSE auditing schedule.Lead medical audits with clients & vendorsManage Warrikal's EAP provider and ensure active utilisation of EAP resources and support material.ABOUT YOUTertiary qualification in relevant field (Nursing, OT or other.)Class C driver's licence.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office suite.Positive mindset and strong influencing skills with the ability to build and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Able to work autonomously and show initiative.Excellent attention to detail.Highly motivated, proactive and strong work ethics.Able to maintain extremely high level of confidentiality.Work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islanders are strongly encouraged to apply.When you join Warrikal you will be joining a 'family'; a workplace that is diverse, empowering, and supportive; a place where everyone is treated as equals with integrity and respect.
