  • Opportunity to join BT Financial Group's Program Delivery team

  • How will I help?
  • Reporting to the Program Manager, BTFG Integrated Plans, as a PMO Analyst, you will sit within the PMO team and support the BTFG Divisional Portfolio Office. You will provide high quality coordination, communication, governance, reporting and information management supporting the work of the Portfolio Office.

    You will :

  • Provide program / project communications support, including organising workshops, induction, training amd onboarding sessions, and development of presentation documents
  • Assist in maintaining all portfolio / program artefacts, processes, and guidelines
  • Work with the Program Manager (PM) to ensure that all mandatory documentation and processes are completed and signed off for compliance and audit purposes
  • Assist the PM in maintaining / improving the accuracy, timelines, and quality of reporting across the program
  • Ensure all final versions of key documents are captured and stored appropriately on the relevant Intranet / SharePoint site, with consideration to audit and security
  • Management of Steering Committees via minutes, chasing progress on actions and booking meetings
  • Updating and maintaining Key Decision Register based on meeting minutes

  • What do I need?
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Coordinator or PMO Analyst within a large corporate environment
  • Project experience within the banking / financial services space is highly desirable
  • Experience in using SharePoint or Clarity and advanced Microsoft Suite skills, especially Excel and PowerBI
  • Highly organised with an attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well under pressure and can multi-task
