Resource Coordinatorto join their team.Full-time, permanent role based in our new West Perth office.This role is mainly office based, with some consideration for flexible working and variable start and finishing times.Reporting to our Team Leader, this role is responsible for the scheduling of in-home client services and some administrative functions. A busy and fast-paced role, it will require the talents of an individual is who is highly organised and has a solution-focussed attitude.
The role will include :
Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of services to home care clientsEnsure that information provided to customers regarding rostering and staffing is relevant and accurateEnsure all home care team rosters reflect and include approved leave, training and meeting attendance coverageAbout youYou pride yourself on delivering excellent service to your customers and have an ability to listen and communicate clearly on the phone and in writing. You will also bring :
Previous experience in a customer service role, contact centre or rostering and schedulingDemonstrated ability to work at a high level both autonomously and within a teamEnthusiasm and commitment to the provision of excellent customer focused services and empathy with older people and their families.Demonstrated skills in the use of packages such as MS Office or other customer databasesKnowledge of AlayaCare is desirable but not essential as training is providedWilling to obtain vaccinations (minimum of 1 COVID-19 and annual flu) and current police clearanceWorking with BethanieAt Bethanie, we are committed to being an employer of choice by creating a supportive and compassionate environment for our people and customers.
