- About the Opportunity
This role will drive the further development and implementation of a growing community defibrillator program, engaging with and harnessing the support of key communities to gain their participation and support.
Reporting to the Marketing and Community Programs Manager, the role will build strong, positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and facilitate a pivotal program that will enhance knowledge and prompt action in the community around sudden cardiac arrest and defibrillators.
About YouWe are seeking an enthusiastic and strong communicator who is self-motivated to outreach and build positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including those from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds.
You will enjoy planning and implementing the wide range of community awareness initiatives and gaining the participation of the community in CPR and defibrillator education activities.

Essential criteria :
Prior experience in the development and execution of successful community programs and projects.Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skillsProven self-direction with the ability to exercise initiative, discretion and judgement in working autonomouslyStrong problem-solving skills and ability to generate potential solutionsDesirable Criteria :
