With the business booming, we're on the hunt for an HR professional to grow and develop with our business.

What's the role all about?

You'll be an essential part of our growing People & Culture team, reporting directly to the Senior People and Culture Business Partner, and making a real impact on the future of our business. If you love a fast-paced, innovative environment where your ideas and efforts are valued, this is the role for you.

What makes you our perfect match?

• Has a degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• Has 3+ years' experience in a HR / Employee Relations role, preferably within Maintenance / Industrial or Construction Industry
• Loves managing all things HR, from end-to-end support to business units, to providing expert HR and IR advice
• Support managers with the interpretation of, and adherence to, policies and procedures and interpretation of employment legislation
• Is a strong communicator, able to build relationships with all kinds of stakeholders
• Is experienced in interpreting Enterprise Agreements and guiding teams on employment legislation
• Is passionate about creating a great work culture where people feel engaged, rewarded, and valued
