Opal Fibre Packaging provides a full service offering in corrugated cardboard box packaging from design and product testing through to supply chain integration. We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader (NSW) to join the team at our site in Revesby.

The key focus of this role will be to :

  • Leading the local customer service teams performance to maximize responsiveness and accuracy
  • Identifying and developing improved processes to ensure free flowing information between stakeholder groups
  • Provide great customer service to a portfolio of key customer accounts
  • Support the team by handling escalations as required and overseeing order processes
  • Ensuring the team meets service level targets and target goals by coaching and developing the customer service team on an ongoing basis
  • Generating reports to track relevant KPIs
  • Assist the team to provide excellent phone and emailbased customer service

For this role we would ideally like you to have :

  • Experience leading Customer Service teams in a fastpaced environment (manufacturing industry experience would be viewed favourably)
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with fixed deadlines
  • Previous experience using CRM systems (SAP and Microsoft Dynamics experience would be highly regarded)
  • A customercentric mindset and a positive demeanour
