YOU will have experience in managing a small to medium team in the café, food, restaurant, or retail space. You preferably have experience with coffee, maybe you have been a barista that has moved into management.

- What might a typical week look like in this role?
- Managing, training, and supporting your team on shift
- Focusing on, driving the customer experience, and ensuring product quality
- Managing store performance including stock control and ordering, cost of goods, labour management and performance, reporting on sales
- Managing compliance within the business including food safety and work health and safety, along with company procedures
- Cash management

- 2+ years' experience a supervisory management role preferably in food or hospo.
