YOU will have experience in managing a small to medium team in the café, food, restaurant, or retail space. You preferably have experience with coffee, maybe you have been a barista that has moved into management.

• People Management - including rosters and managing wage % to sales.
• Opening and closing processes and procedures
• Managing fresh food in a retail environment
• Managing a team for great customer service
• Training and development - as a team and one on one coaching

• What might a typical week look like in this role?
• Managing, training, and supporting your team on shift
• Focusing on, driving the customer experience, and ensuring product quality
• Managing store performance including stock control and ordering, cost of goods, labour management and performance, reporting on sales
• Managing compliance within the business including food safety and work health and safety, along with company procedures
• Cash management

• 2+ years' experience a supervisory management role preferably in food or hospo.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE : Barista, Assistant Manager, Catering Supervisor, Baker, Café Manager.

Please note : You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
