This position will form part of our newly created centralised model providing a pathway to accelerate your career.

The role is highly varied, involving a portfolio of diverse, synergistic projects and a strong pipeline of future works.This full-time permanent role can be based in a variety of locations throughout Australia including Melbourne, Sydney, Newcastle and Brisbane.What you'll doPrepare resource and cost loaded detailed project delivery schedules, for allocated projects / work packages, using past construction knowledge and experience that accurately reflect the conditions of the contract, design and specifications.Maintain and update the project master schedule, where applicable, incorporating subcontract schedules, to ensure appropriate execution of work package plans are completed as required.Ensure compliance with Downer's standards and requirements as set by Utilities Performance Commercial & Risk Team, in terms of Schedule Quality and Change Management.Perform delay analysis as needed by the Contract and support with suitable narrative.Manage / undertake, review and analysis of sub-contractor schedules to confirm alignment with good scheduling practice and Downer standards and requirements.Assist in the development of project practices and procedures.Undertake reporting requirements of internal and external stakeholders.What we offerFlexibility on location including work from home options and flexible hours, allowing you to create a lifestyle that works for you.Downer health and wellness initiatives.A supportive team culture enabling you to thrive in your work environment.Development and ongoing investment into your career working for an industry leader.Opportunity for exposure to multiple lines of business working across stakeholders from mid to senior levels.Energy & Utilities have a dedicated internal mobility team focused on internal progression and succession identification and thorough redeployment opportunities where appropriate.
