Your Role :

Identify and win new business opportunities
Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers
Present and pitch ARC Staff’s recruitment solutions
Collaborate with our recruiters to deliver top-tier service
Drive and exceed sales targets

What You Bring :

Proven B2B sales or BD experience (recruitment background a bonus

A confident communicator with a hunter mindset

Self-motivated, strategic, and results-driven

Passion for building relationships and solving client needs
