Customer Service / Console Operator (Overnight Shift)

The Dunn Group is an Australian family-owned business, operating in NSW for over 30 years, with 9 busy convenience petroleum retail sites across Sydney metro, the Blue Mountains, and Wagga Wagga. "Balmain Coffee Company" is an extension of our business along with our "Supply - Your Local Food Store" offer which is an amazing range of made in store products.

• We are looking for a night owl, someone who loves to work the overnight shift!

We are recruiting for 1

• Customer Service / Console Operator - Overnight shift
• position at our
• bp Katoomba store
• Overnight shift 10.00pm to 6.00am
• 2 - 3 shifts per week (16 to 24 hours)
• Exact days and number of shifts per week will be discussed during interview

Our stores are open every day of the week (including weekends and public holidays). It is important that you can get to and from work safely, so you do need access to reliable transport.

• What you will be doing
• Delivering above customer expectation service for our valued customers
• Complete sale transactions using the Point Of Sale.
• Maintaining site standards including cleanliness, merchandising and promotional displays
• Conduct activities in accordance with safety and operational procedures, on the forecourt and in-store
• Ongoing training as required to remain up to date on the latest learning

• The ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Well presented, strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work as part of a positive and close-knit team as well as thrive independently
• Expected to cover / swap shifts within the team and sites from time to time
