Job descriptionAbout the role Provide overall leadership and management of the aged care facility Ensure consistent high-quality person-centred care is provided to the highest standard Deliver optimal business outcomes and commercial results Ensure the aged care facility is compliant with accreditation standards Maintain a continuous improvement approach Lead the identification & management of risks Ensure compliance with legislative requirements Contribute to a positive team culture and foster positive working relationships Provide leadership, coaching and development to a multi-disciplinary team Implement change to achieve desired outcomes Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration National Police and NDIS clearances Flu vaccination and Covid vaccinations Demonstrated experience in a similar role Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team Proven experience in financial, human and asset management Knowledge of government regulations, statutes, and acts Strong written and verbal communication skills Designated consultant to support you through the recruitment process Preparation advice regarding resume, cover letter and interview success Additional job options and opportunities if unsuccessful Exceptional service and quick progression through recruitment process Feedback requested and provided at all stages Continued communication and support after employment has commenced
