Property Manager - Newcastle

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Property Manager to take over a well-maintained portfolio in Newcastle . This is a Monday–Friday role with flexible hours , no trust accounting , and a dedicated leasing and admin team behind you.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Managing a portfolio of approximately 150 properties (all local, great landlords)
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance through trusted trades
• Building solid relationships with landlords and tenants
• Handling lease renewals, rent reviews and periodic inspections
• Supported by a leasing consultant and admin team — you're never alone!

About You :

• You’ve got at least 2 years of experience in residential property management
• You’re organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
• You know PropertyMe (or you’re quick to pick up new systems)
• You have your NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
• You have a reliable car and driver's license
