Purpose

Responsible for meeting team targets, employee retention, and achieving efficiency across assigned geography, employees, and sources while keeping the team motivated and engaged.

Roles & Responsibilities

Area / Geography Mapping :

Allocate geography at team level.

Work closely with team members on geography mapping.

Audit and review progress regularly and share reports with superiors.

Source Relationship Management :

Manage relationships with all sources in the assigned geography.

Joint Calls :

Conduct daily joint calls with the team, including source visits and sales calls.

Channel Partner Recruitment :

Identify and empanel channel partners.

Team Huddle :

Conduct daily team huddles as per process.

Team Review :

Implement and review sales processes, LMS, and dairy functions of team members.

HSPL Hub Coordination :

Coordinate with the credit team on loan applications and update the team.

Candidate Profile

Graduate / Post Graduate in Marketing with a focus on sales.

At least 5 years of experience in Home Loan Product.

Minimum 1 year of team handling experience.

Managerial experience is required.
