Storeperson

We are looking for highly motivated

• Storeperson
• to join our expanding Redcliffe warehouse team!

Alongside the core responsibility of dispatching / outwards goods you will also be involved in picking, packing, dispatch, goods management and general warehousing duties.

This will be a highly varied role as you will be an integral member of the team, you will also support all facets of the branch operations, including :

• Ensuring prompt dispatch of goods via various freight methods and overseeing scheduling collections;
• Processing of customer orders, understanding and identifying products to meet their needs; and
• Delivering customer service to the highest standards, ensuring that customer issues are handled in a timely and professional manner.
• About you

To be successful in this role, you will have passion for delivering exceptional customer service as well as :

• Experience within a warehouse environment;
• Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills;
• Motivated and goal oriented;
• A creative, customer and team focused personality;
• Attention to detail and accuracy; and
• A current, valid forklift license is essential.
