This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of nursing through impactful education that empowers staff to deliver exceptional, compassionate care to patients with life-limiting conditions.In this role, you will : Design, deliver, and evaluate contemporary Palliative Care education.Mentor and support staff through ongoing professional development.Facilitate comprehensive orientation and provide clinical supervision.Offer one-on-one coaching and bedside teaching.Champion skill development, in-services, and policy education to elevate practice.Join a values-driven team where your passion for education meets purpose, transforming care every day.
