Senior Project Manager

An experienced Senior Project Manager is required to provide project management services across a portfolio of projects that include major refurbishments, new builds, and associated complex infrastructure works. Some projects may range from $2m to $20m, and occasionally more than $50m in budget. This role involves planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously, each with their own design and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities include ensuring adequate resourcing and process compliance when managing multiple complex projects, contributing to design management, implementing procurement methods for bespoke projects, preparing contract documentation, participating in negotiations, providing regular progress reports to stakeholders, and building effective relationships with consultant partners to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications should include tertiary education in architecture, building, project management, engineering, or a related discipline, with significant experience managing large-scale projects (>

20m). Experience with procurement models such as D&C and ECI is required. The ability to develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams is essential. Experience with user-owned and operated facilities is highly regarded.
