ROLE IN A NUTSHELL As Planner for Black Pepper, you'll take ownership of planning and forecasting stock requirements cross all channels. Your goal? To ensure our stores are stocked with the right products, in the right quantities, at the right time — driving sales, hitting margin targets, and keeping our assortments sharp and balanced.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Lead budgeting, forecasting and in-season planning to drive sales and profitabilityBuild and maintain merchandise and assortment plans across all categoriesPartner with the Head of Planning to align sales forecasts with inventory strategyDevelop category and price architecture plans that reflect our customers' needs and product performanceManage stock orders, allocations and replenishment to maximise availability and minimise riskProvide clear, actionable insights and direction to the Allocator to support daily executionMonitor weekly, monthly and seasonal sales, inventory and financial performanceIdentify trading opportunities and implement effective markdowns and promotions to optimise sell-through and marginWork with Marketing and VM teams to align promotions and markdowns with the Trade CalendarPresent merchandise strategies and results to senior leadersDevelop allocation and replenishment strategies that support consistent store performanceLiaise with the supply chain team to manage lead times and ensure timely stock availabilityCoordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to align delivery and inventory management processesABOUT YOU You'll bring :
