ABOUT THE ROLE We are in search of a Contract Administrator to support the delivery of one of our high-end developments in Brisbane.
As a critical member of our on-site construction team, you will :
Manage project budgets, taking responsibility for costs and budget outcomes.Prepare and issue trade tender packages in line with the procurement schedule.Review and vet trade tender submissions, making recommendations.Prepare subcontractor and supplier agreements.Manage the assessment and processing of subcontractor payment, variation claims and EOT claims.Manage the preparation and submission of head contract claims.Optimise project profitability by effectively managing preliminaries, resources, construction efficiency, and scheduling.Ensure the management of commercial risk, appropriate controls and identify contractual opportunityEnsure completion of monthly project financial and performance-based reporting.Ensure the establishment, assessment and management of project forecasts and cash flow.Process invoices, purchase orders and requisitions, while overseeing the receipt of goods and services.Assist with internal and external audits as required.Develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that Mosaic's commercial interests are maintained and contract requirements are being met.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Proven experience as a Contract Administrator working for a head contractor, delivering multi-unit developments or commercial projects.A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is desired.Ability to develop and maintain positive and proactive relationships with subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Jobpac or similar financial reporting software.Self-motivated and driven to grow and develop.LIFE AT MOSAIC At Mosaic, you can be assured of the support, development opportunities, and hands-on experience required to achieve a long-term, prosperous career with an industry leader.
