We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail Concession Manager looking to diversify their skillset within the SOLDERED service at our concession store in David Jones.

This unique role blends retail management with a hands-on, customer-focused experience in the world of fine jewellery.

  • WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Manage Operations : Oversee daily operations of our concession store in David Jones, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Team Leadership : Motivate, train, and guide staff to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold our brand standards.
  • Customer Experience : Provide expertise across all in-store experiences, including sales and soldering services. Build strong customer relationships and create a loyal client base through in-depth product knowledge.
  • Brand Ambassador : Represent the SARAH & SEBASTIAN brand with pride, offering personalised services and fostering long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Rostering & Scheduling : Manage staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage during extended trading hours.
  • Visual Merchandising : Maintain high presentation and visual standards to showcase our products beautifully.
  • Operational Support : Assist with stocktakes, investigate discrepancies, and ensure seamless store operations.
  • Health & Safety : Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for both staff and clients.
  • SOLDERED Appointments : Deliver a premium client experience during soldered bracelet appointments, creating a positive and high-quality environment.
  • Administrative Support : Manage administrative tasks related to services and store operations.
  • ABOUT YOU
  • 2-3 years of management experience in a retail environment.
  • Client-focused with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident, enthusiastic, and a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Interest or experience in jewellery making is preferred. A jewellery-making certificate is a plus, but not required. (Training for our SOLDERED service will be provided).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to focus for extended periods.
  • Passion for luxury products, jewellery, and art.
  • Ability to work 4-5 days including a weekend day.
