What You Will Be Doing
Lead a passionate team, coach for performance, and drive a culture of service excellence.Take ownership of end-to-end admin processes, from sales orders to invoicing and month-end reconciliation, ensuring everything runs with precision.You'll also play a vital role in analysing P&L activity and identifying trends that influence site performance. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll help shape our customer service strategy and unlock smarter, more efficient ways of working.
About You
You're a proven people leader with a background in telesales, lead generation, or call centre environments, and you thrive under pressure. You're energised by guiding teams through change, simplifying processes, and setting the bar high. With excellent communication skills, sharp commercial insight, and hands-on experience in EOM reporting and CRM systems, you're ready to step up and lead with purpose.
