ABOUT THE JOB

To define and implement the CSR & Sustainability strategy in line with the company's objectives and mission.

Run and develop sustainability programs connected with the Group's mission of "L'Oréal For the Future".
Develop and maintain partnerships with targeted government authorities, NGOs, influencers and other relevant stakeholders.
Reinforce internal engagement and upskilling on L'Oréal's sustainability topics.
Lead the Sustainability Committee internally.
Build and protect the company's reputation & develop visibility through the CSR & Sustainability program.
Ensure corporate recognition and excellence in this area.
Monitor and measure the program results and impacts.
Manage the budget on CSR & Sustainability.

ABOUT YOU

Proven knowledge and understanding of key sustainability frameworks

Strong leadership and influencing skills to manage and motivate stakeholder to embed sustainability management into the culture

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including engaging stakeholders to convey complex technical information

Enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
