• Responsibilities
• Handles the end-to-end hiring process (sourcing, interviewing, preparing and extending job offers, assisting preboarding activities).
• Utilizes various sourcing channels such as job boards, social medial platforms, employment agencies, partnerships with organizations and campuses.
• Posts job advertisements in applicable media.
• Ensures accurate and concise hiring records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Complies with all policies and standards, especially those related to hiring.
• Manages key performance metrics in Talent Acquisition such as fill rates, start rates, cycle times, offer acceptance rates, etc.
• Maintains hiring dashboards or reports.
• Liaises and partner with third party vendors.
• Qualifications
• Has relevant work experience in Human Resources, specializing in Recruitment (preferably 5-7 years)
• Has extensive knowledge and experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as ICIMS, Phenom and Oracle.
• Has exposure in navigating job boards / social media platforms for sourcing and talent attraction purposes.
• Has experience in creating sourcing plans and partnering with third party vendors, campuses as well as other professional organizations.
• Has the ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
• Has the heart, attitude, and mindset to make things happen.
• Has the eagerness to be part of a start-up organization and build a culture of excellence.
• Has strong process and detail orientation.
