About The Role

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Procurement and Operations Systems Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal position, you will manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationships while overseeing the implementation and continuous improvement of our operational systems. Your efforts will help ensure smooth supply chain operations, compliance with food safety standards, and ongoing process enhancements across our manufacturing facilities.

This role is well-suited to an individual with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively both individually and within a team environment. Normal working hours start at 5 : 00 AM, with flexible finish times up to 3 : 00 PM. During peak periods, weekend work and additional overtime are also available to support production demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and purchase materials and services needed for operations
• Negotiate with suppliers and maintain good supplier relationships
• Manage inventory levels and forecast demand
• Issue purchase orders and formal agreements
• Support the production team with administrative tasks
• Oversee operational systems, packing and distribution processes
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate support
• Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure products and processes meet food safety standards
• Analyse data to improve procurement and business strategies
