We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Australia, with overall responsibility for Revenue in Asia-Pacific.
The Sales Manager APAC will; own the sales process, identify new market opportunities, develop our GoToMarket strategy, lead the Sales Team, generate new sales, business development activities and define marketing needs.
Design and Construction industry experience, technical knowledge, combined with a hunter mentality are essential in this market / customer facing role.
Enterprise Solution sales to both public and private building owners in the Healthcare, Education, Laboratory or Defense space is highly desirable.
In addition to customer focused tasks, the Sales Manager will be involved in the strategic development of our software, sharing knowledge and expertise with our Support, Software Development and Executive Teams to enhance our product and service offerings.
The position involves working closely with Sales & Marketing staff within APAC, plus collaboration with Sales Managers in Europe and the US.
The position involves regular travel and the ability to work independently, so strong organization and time management skills are required.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Equipment Planning or Asset Management.
- Experience
- Min 5 years work experience in Architecture, Engineering, Equipment Planning or Construction.
- Knowledge of building standards and facility planning guidelines.
- Proficiency in dRofus, Revit, Archicad, Salesforce, JIRA and Confluence.
- Software deployment and process / workflow creation within a large organization.
- Capability / Skills

- Ability to explain why our software will improve how they deliver projects.
