You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of mobile accounting at Xero, partnering with cross-functional leaders across design, product, and engineering to drive high-quality outcomes.This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll lead design for key initiatives, mentor designers across the mobile portfolio, and help us continually raise the bar for quality, usability, and craft.
