    • The Role
    • Due to the rapid expansion of the company, As a Customer Service Administrator - Scheduler, you play a key role in supporting our clients by managing and coordinating existing energy-saving programs backed by the Victorian government.

      This is a great opportunity to gain invaluable career development and will allow you to utilize and develop your customer service skills as well as troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and customer service skills

    • Keeping the customer at the center of your thinking by taking responsibility and ownership for customer satisfaction, loyalty and responding to customer issues, and managing exception cases or complaints effectively
    • Accept inquiries escalated from the Resolution and Inbound Sales teams for residential customers (lengthy or more complex issues) to work the inquiry through to resolution and avoid further escalation

    • Your daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to
    • Independently take carriage of client matters from beginning to end
    • Coordination of Outbound and Inbound Inquiries
    • Provide advice regarding energy-saving product matters
    • Scheduling & coordinating appointments with technicians to handle
    • Perform high-volume consultation which involves advising energy-saving strategies and opportunities
    • Keeping up to date regarding any matters relating to the Victorian energy saving program.
    • Reporting any work concerns and queries to the supervisor
    • Responding to and resolving client matters & managing difficult cases or complaints effectively
    • Documentation of all relevant information on the CRM to provide clear instruction for installers

    • Able to think pragmatically, suggest practical solutions to manage and mitigate
    • Successful applicants must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a proven ability to build long-term relationships with clients
    • Have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage files in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
    • Have impressive telephone manner, well-spoken, exceptional interpersonal skills
    • Be inclined to the opportunity to learn and upskill
    • The ability to complete your tasks as an individual as well as working as a team
