  • SHE Learning Partner
  • Cater Care Australia is looking for an enthusiastic Safety, Health and Environment professional to assist our Learning and Development Team in creating education modules. In this role, you will be creating and facilitate informed workplace health and safety practices throughout our business.

    You will be reporting to our Group Learning and Development Manager, ensuring that our courses are in line with Cater Care's strategic goals and functional in creating a safe and health workplace.

    • Job responsibilities
    • Schedule and deliver Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) education programs
    • Informing SHE Management System-related procedures and processes
    • Develop content for SHE education modules in line with Cater Care's strategic goals
    • Correspond and coordinate with relevant business units
    • Review effectiveness of SHE training delivered across business via relevant performance metrics
    • Monitor and report levels of SHE compliance
    • Assisting our broader team as required
    • Key Criteria
    • Current Cert IV in TAE (Training and Assessment) or equivalent
    • Qualifications such as Cert IV in WHS are desirable but not necessary
    • Industry experience involving WHS, ideally within Catering or Hospitality
    • Previous experience in facilitation or coaching
    • A team-focused and collaborative attitude to build relationships with relevant stakeholders
    • Clear and friendly communication ability - both written and verbal
    • Knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage
