About the CompanyAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our leadership team as a full-time employee and oversee the development and delivery of our software solutions. This role is responsible for coordinating production workflows, ensuring process efficiency, and managing new customer launches from planning through to delivery.
- Planning and managing the end-to-end production process
- for ERP and POS software deployments, ensuring customer-specific requirements are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinating workflow schedules and assigning tasks
- to development and support staff based on production priorities and resource availability.
- Monitoring operational output and system delivery quality
- identifying any variances or delays, and implementing corrective actions.
- Developing and standardising production procedures
- to ensure consistent and efficient software delivery across projects.
- Creating operational documentation and training materials
- to support internal staff and external customer onboarding processes.
- Analysing production performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement,
- including cost control and process efficiency.
- Overseeing the implementation of company-wide operational strategies
- in consultation with senior management to support business growth.
- Ensuring compliance with organisational policies and operational standards,
- including data security, quality control, and workplace procedures.
- Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 12 months of experience in a similar production, operations, or project management role in a technical or software-related environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, IT, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating complex projects.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop process documentation and training materials.
