Mt Eliza Gardens Aged Care is a brand new, 141 suite state-of-the-art aged care facility, located in Mt Eliza on the Mornington Peninsula and scheduled to open soon.

The prestigious facility is part of the family-owned Australian Aged Care Group Pty Ltd (AACG), which prides itself on innovation in caring for the aged with a mission to excel in providing quality care services and accommodation.

Mt Eliza Gardens is architecturally designed with premium hotel-style accommodation that embraces older Australians in a place where they feel most comfortable, while still living in their local community.

The facility has been purposefully designed with careful attention to detail in the quality of the living environment and services provided. It will be staffed to meet the increasingly discerning standards demanded by our ageing population.

The multi-level facility will provide care to residents with ageing in place programs offering all levels of care, as well as consulting suites for medical practitioners and allied health professionals.

We also offer a dedicated Memory Support Unit. The spacious and elegant facility consists of several separate wings, adjoining central lounges, café, bar, reception centre and provides an extensive range of services to assist residents in remaining active and engaged.

We are now looking for a caring, innovative and dynamic Lifestyle Manager who has had extensive experience in a similar role. This position is full time with an immediate start date.

  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle
  • Knowledge of contemporary aged care specific Diversional Therapy activities
  • Knowledge & understanding of dementia
  • Knowledge & understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards
  • An ability to build meaningful partnerships with residents
  • A solution-oriented leader
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • A current Police Check
  • COVID & FLU Vaccination Certificates

  • 60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
