We are a small muti-disciplinary team that delivers programs covering organisational culture, employee engagement, capability and development and diversity and inclusion.As the Principal Consultant, you will focus on organisational culture, leadership development and workforce planning. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the DPC Strategic Workforce Plan, coordination of leadership development and capability initiatives including delivery of leadership forums and the design and implementation of organisational culture and employee engagement programs. As a senior member of the team you will coach team members and support delivery of the broader program of work.You'll thrive in this role if you like a fast paced work environment which requires you to be highly responsive, outcomes focused, and enjoy the variety that a small team offers.
