Were looking for an enthusiastic and proactive People Advisor t o join our People & Culture (P&C) team on a 12 month fixed term contract located in Sydney.
In this role youll play a key part in supporting our people leaders and team members throughout the entire employee lifecycle making a real meaningful impact every step of the way.
This role will play a critical role in the administration of people-related processes within the HRIS to support a seamless experience for our people leaders and team
members.
What youll be doing :
Collaborate with leaders to deliver practical people-focused advice and support across a wide range of People & Culture matters.
Contribute to the execution and ongoing enhancement of P&C programs that align with our overall people strategy.
Manage and maintain people-related processes within our HRIS to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for team members.
Interpret create and evolve policies processes and procedures that foster an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
Provide insightful reporting and analysis to support informed people-related decisions.
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at elevating the overall employee experience.
Who you are :
A trusted partner with proven experience in a similar role and a genuine passion for supporting people.
Comfortable handling complex situations with empathy confidentiality and s trong judgment.
Technically adept with hands-on experience in HRIS management and data reporting.
A collaborative team member who excels in dynamic fast-paced
environments.
