Are you passionate about making a positive difference in someone's life? We are seeking a
- female Disability Support Worker
- to join us and provide support to a lovely young lady with activities such as :
- Cleaning her house
- Assisting with some basic home chores in the outdoor area
- Picking up groceries and assisting with shopping
- Assistance to attend appointments
- Community access
Hours of support : Monday 11 am to 3 pm
Wednesday 11 am to 3 pm
Thursday 11 am to 5 pm
