The Position

John XXIII College is seeking a Deputy Principal of Teaching and Learning who is a forward-thinking, collaborative leader with a deep understanding of contemporary educational practices and a strong commitment to fostering academic excellence within a faith-based learning environment.

The Deputy Principal of Teaching and Learning is a key member of the College Executive, Secondary Leadership, and Academic Leadership Teams, responsible for driving excellence in pedagogy and academic outcomes across the Secondary School.

This senior leadership position is central to developing and implementing a clear, future-focused vision for teaching and learning at John XXIII College.

The Deputy Principal provides strategic leadership in designing and executing Secondary School initiatives aligned with the College’s Strategic Plan, focusing on curriculum innovation, learning enhancement, and continuous academic improvement.
