Key Requirements
First point of contact for customers, greet and assist visitorsDemonstrate a customer focus to both internal and external customers.Ensure employee, resident, prospective resident, and family confidentiality.Ensure the correct storage and archiving of recordsAnswer all incoming calls, responding to inquiries as necessaryAssistance with rostering staff using TimeTarget softwareRecruitment and HR administration assistanceSkills and Experience
Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer serviceHigh level of computer literacy with aged care software and MS OfficeExcellent communication, problem identification and resolution skillsDemonstrates enthusiasm, energy, inquisitiveness, initiative and innovative thinkingHas a warm uplifting personality that can communicate and relate to older peopleExcellent personal presentationMinimum 3 years experience in similar roleBenefits :
