Youth Work - Therapeutic Care Worker - Far North CoastCASPA SERVICES LTD - POSITION VACANCY - Therapeutic Care Worker – Far North Coast, NSWABOUT THE ROLEThis is an excellent opportunity for Youth Workers with experience working with children, young people and families to join the CASPA Therapeutic Care Team on a Casual basis.This is an amazing opportunity for you to join a dedicated team supporting children in a structured and nurturing environment, working closely with our experienced House Coordinator and current staff, ensuring you have all the guidance and assistance you need to step into a role with a well-set routine that promotes stability and consistency, making your integration smooth and effective.
We give preference to applicants who can work for a minimum of four shifts per week.
These shifts will cover all types of shifts throughout our 24 / 7 roster, including day, evening, night, weekends, and public holidays by agreement.Working with young people, you will help create a homely environment following the therapeutic framework and support plans for individualised care.
You will be supporting young people to attain their educational goals, undertake extracurricular activities in line with their interests and support their connection to community and family.

A Certificate IV or higher is required.Staff must also maintain a current state or territory driver's license and keep it on hand whenever they drive a vehicle.For staff who do not hold a current state or territory licence please refer to the relevant state or territory licencing laws and regulationsValid First Aid and CPR Certification.
