True Resources are now seeking experienced and enthusiastic Shotfirers to join the team and work with one of the biggest names in the WA mining community. These roles will take successful applicants out to the Goldfields region, where they will assist the client's Drill and Blast team and bring their experience and positive attitude to the job.

  • 14 : 7 or 8 : 6 Manageable FIFO Shifts out of Perth.
  • Exceptional rates : $55- $60 p / hr

  • What the role involves
  • Perform all duties as directed by the Drill & Blast Ops Team
  • Operating machinery in a safe and efficient manner
  • Ensuring all associated equipment is maintained in a safe condition
  • Ensuring Drill & Blast patterns are kept to a high standard
  • Using techniques and procedures that improve performance
  • Other duties as required
  • To be successful you must have and provide
  • Dangerous Goods Drivers License (Desirable)
  • Dangerous Goods Security Card
  • WA Shot Firers license
  • Experience in maintenance & housekeeping of MPU equipment & reload facilities.
  • High Risk Fork Ticket
  • Clean Police Record
  • Strong commitment to safety
  • A positive attitude towards safety, training & environment
  • Pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment
  • Proof of COVID-19 full vaccination
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident.
