Team Lead - Pricing

Overview

Susquehanna International Group (SIG) is seeking a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead to join our electronic Options Trading team to lead the Options pricing area. In this role you will primarily work on all option related pricing and risk calculation features for the Options trading desk.

In this role you will lead a team of highly skilled technologists to develop and enhance low latency options market making and trading applications. Your focus will be on the option pricing models volatility and pricing parameters features as well risk calculation functions for exchange traded Option products. This is a handson technical and team leader role where you will thrive on the business quantitative modeling and technology challenges. You will see your ideas and hard work used by experienced traders across a diverse range of instruments and markets.

What were looking for

• Minimum of 10 years experience in financial Markets Technology as a Quant or working with Quantitative model integration for derivatives products.
• Minimum of a Masters degree in Computer Science and Mathematics or a related discipline.
• Exceptional C# and Python development skills with extensive knowledge of design profiling OOP multithreading and performance focused on backend development.
• Demonstrated experience as a software engineer in the pricing and risk management of derivatives products.
• Deep understanding of quantitative pricing models for options and derivatives products.
• Demonstrated experience as a technical or team lead leading a team of senior software engineers.
• Experience working closely with trading and Quants to understand and deliver technical solutions that meet their business demands.
