They are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated, high-level support to the CEO. This is a critical role that will help ensure the smooth operation of the organisation’s corporate and executive functions, allowing the CEO to focus on strategic priorities and business growth.

The Role :

As the Executive Assistant, you will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing a wide range of administrative and organisational tasks. You will be responsible for :

  • Managing the CEO’s complex and dynamic calendar, coordinating appointments, travel arrangements, and key meetings
  • Monitoring and responding to emails, drafting correspondence, and ensuring timely follow-ups on outstanding matters
  • Organising leadership meetings, preparing agendas, recording and distributing minutes, and tracking action items
  • Preparing high-quality reports, presentations, board papers, and business documentation as required
  • Managing sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Serving as a key point of contact for internal teams, external clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Providing support across a range of projects, including compliance reporting, finance administration, and strategic initiatives
  • Overseeing general office operations and supporting broader business activities as needed

About You :

To be successful in this role, you will bring :

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within manufacturing or a similarly fast-paced, operationally focused industry
  • A strong track record of supporting C-suite executives and managing competing priorities with confidence
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting professional documents and reports
  • High levels of integrity, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential matters with care
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with other business systems and tools
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a willingness to support wherever needed
  • A collaborative mindset and a calm, composed manner under pressure
