property and specialty risk matters.

About the Role

You'll step into a hands-on litigation role with a diverse and growing caseload. Working directly with partners and senior leadership, your day-to-day will include :

Managing motor vehicle, marine transport, and property damage recoveriesLitigating subrogated claims in courts and tribunals across AustraliaAdvising on indemnity, policy wording, and liability under various policiesCollaborating with insurer clients, underwriting agencies, and brokersLeading files end-to-end, with strong paralegal and administrative supportMentoring junior lawyers (for Senior Associate level).
