The opportunity

An exciting role awaits a motivated and dedicated individual to join their expanding Sydney Health team, collaborating with a respected Partner well-known in this field.

In this position, you will handle a diverse range of files, including Employment / Contractor arrangements within both public and private hospital sectors, IRC proceedings, hospital investigations, VMO contracts, terms and conditions, Professional Conduct (including NCAT proceedings), Medicare audits, Government inquiries, Contracts and Service Agreements, Privacy, and Health Policy. You will be integral to a cohesive team that works collaboratively, shares insights, supports one another, and aims to deliver exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory complaints and investigations from start to finish
• Provide clients with timely and precise written advice
• Engage directly with clients through marketing efforts
• Work on exciting upcoming projects
